From your top menu, you can access the full list of content shared with you.
This list will show all types of standard content in one list i.e. your reports, dashboards etc. will all appear together. To help find a certain piece of content, there are a number of filters available. These filters will not be saved when you navigate away.
Filtering by Sharing Type
You can choose to look at everything, or select content which you may have created vs. that which has been shared with you.
Searchbox
You can type in any term and all matched content shared with you will be returned. You will not see content you do not have access to.
Filter by Content Type
This will show all the different content types visible to you so you can focus on a particular type.
Filter by Labels
You can pick and chose content by their attached labels. By default you will see all Standard Content. Labels are applied to FleetOps products so you can filter by different products or features.
Change the Sort
You can change the alphabetical sorting order if it helps.
