Note: you must be a System Administrator or App Administrator to manage changes to a Master View.
1. Find the correct App
Master Views are linked to particular Apps. You can find your Apps in your Main menu.
- Driver Master View: Driver AX or FM AX
- Truck Master View: FM AX
- Trailer Master View: FM AX
- Customer Master View: Customer AX or Logistics AX
2. Find App Settings
From within the app, you will see the Settings section at the bottom. In this section, you will see an option or multiple options to manage the view(s). Click to see and edit the view you need.
3. Change the view
From this page, you can see the screens for the current master view and can manage what is visible. Any changes will impact the view immediately. Click on the pencil to open up the menu, where you can add a new screen or manage what is there.
3a: Add New Screen
Selecting this will open up a window to choose which new page you need. You can pick from any content in the system, but it should relate to the view e.g. you should pick driver related information for the driver view. Once chosen, you can Add to the view. This will immediately be visible.
3b: Manage Screens
This option allows you to to remove or reorder screens in the view. In the resulting
dropdown, click on the 'X' to remove a screen and click and drag the drag
handle on the left to reorder.
